You have made a good start on the deck. You have to attack to win with a beat-down so you need more back row hate. Add Heavy Storm, Mystical Space Typhoon, Giant Trunade, and side 3 Royal Decree for those really pesky decks (like mine). Hate for monsters is good too -- D.D. Warrior Lady is unlimited now and warriors have lots of support cards. Smashing Ground and Fissure(s) are good choices too. For a kill condition, try Final Attack Orders. Burden of the Mighty, Mirror Force, Torrential Tribute, and Mirror Wall are good defense cards. You may even want to side some Threatening Roar cards for those OTK decks. Finally, do not use a lot of high level monsters. Nothing stays on the field long in today's meta so you may have trouble getting a big tribute monster to the field. Good luck!
