Notes:

My spin on Wilson Tsangs beast control.

The reason I like this so much is because you have instant access to monsters with 2700-4200 atk via normal summons. Chalice puts Barbaros at 3400 till the end phase and from then on hes 3k same with skill drain. If you Book of Moon Barbaros when hes flipped he will be 3k. Same happens when hes special summoned via Monster Reborn, Call of the Haunted. With Chalice and Horn hes 4200 till the end phase where he stays 3800 with Horn. Barbaros, Flame Tiger, Firedog all go to 2700 with Horn. Baboon with Horn is 3400 and hes 3k with Chalice. I think you get the point...

Not to mention the control of opponent skills is pretty nice this format. With Effect Veiler, Skill Drain, and Forbidden Chalice you can really dictate what skills if any get used. Combine that with high atk monsters that can exploit skill drain like Thunder King, Barbaros, and Green Baboon and you start to gain a nice advantage. This deck also has a nice variety of monster hate to stop your opponent from popping off before you setup your field.

I think an important part of any top tier deck is obviously the extra deck. This one is no different. With Veiler you have a very nice variety of synchro possibilities. This deck also has a very good chance of making lvl 4 and 8 xyz summons. Firedog and Flame tiger make Utopia summons a piece of cake. With Barbaros and Reborn, Call lvl 8 xyz`s are surprisingly easy to make. That can be very handy if you dont happen to draw into Skill Drain it gives you another option for Barbaros. Wich reminds me never to forget Barbaros's secondary effect. Its obviously not going to happen often but the more options you have to play a card the better. Being able to triple sacrifice for Barbaros to destroy all your opponents monsters for a 3k beater is a nice back up plan.

this is easily one of the best budget decks ive played. the only cards i had a problem getting were for the extra deck. The rest is pretty easy now thanks to Battle Pack Epic Dawn.

id appreciate any advice or comments on the deck, extra, side. I need help with the side deck and keep in mind i rarely side out skill drain so it needs to be compatible. thats my current problem.
